A recognized leader in the luxury real estate market and Co-Leader of the Keller Williams Luxury Division worldwide, Caroline also serves as Strategic Advisor for Meridian Partners. In this role, she provides strategic leadership, market insight, and trusted counsel to both clients and the team, helping shape thoughtful, results-driven real estate strategies.

Elise Gamboa
Director of Property Presentation & Operations
Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Elise brings more than 16 years of experience in the banking and mortgage industry. Her background includes five years in branch banking, spanning both operations and sales, followed by 11 years supporting top-producing mortgage teams. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed high-volume operations and played a key role in helping teams achieve top rankings nationwide.
Known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to exceptional client service, Elise thrives in fast-paced environments where accuracy, efficiency, and communication are essential. She is dedicated to creating a seamless and positive experience for both clients and colleagues alike.
Outside of work, Elise is passionate about training in Muay Thai, a discipline that reflects the values she brings to her professional life: dedication, perseverance, continuous growth, and a strong work ethic.
